Windows 7 (64bit) GPU Question?

How can you change your GPU fan speeds in windows 7 64bit i've tried nTune, river tuner and ati tool but none of them are compatible with windows 7 64bit i need to know as my cards are overclocked GTX 280's please helpWindows 7 (64bit) GPU Question?
maybe a newer verison of riva tuner?
