Power supply fan not spinning?

I have recently built a computer. I got a power supply that's supposed to detect how hot it is and change the speed at which the fan spins. However, when I turn my PC on it all works but the power supply fan does not spin at all. It's a brand new power supply!

It probably did not get to the tempature where it turns on.



Eithor that or its broken.



Call the manufaturer and tell them. They'll probably solve it.
