You can plug your fans into a drive-bay-mounted fan controller: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductLis

Basically you can use the dials on the fan controller to control the speeds of the various fans.

Anyway, next time you build a computer, you might want to choose quiet-running parts. I also HATE loud computers, and I built mine to be as quiet as possible. Here's my config:

- E8400 Core 2 Duo CPU

- Zalman CNPS7000 quiet heatsink with a ZM-CS1 mounting bracket (sold separately)

- Intel DP35DP motherboard, fanless heatsink on northbridge

- Sapphire ATI Radeon HD3870 with the quiet ducted cooler

- Samsung Spinpoint 250GB HDD with the quiet Nidec motor

- Seasonic S12-360W PSU. Bigger PSUs generate more extra waste heat, so I made sure to choose one with the appropriate amount of power for my system.

My system is virtually SILENT.Can i change my computer fan speed?
It depends on the fan and its interface with your computer. If it has a way to input into the computer the speed/heat inside the case it usually has a control program that lets you change it. Otherwise, look at the fan itself, a lot of the decent ones have a switch that lets you control high/low/off.Can i change my computer fan speed?

Download Speedfan--its free and works.
