CPU overclocking question?

i am using this application to overclock my CPU http://www.nvidia.com/object/nvidia_system_tools_6.02.html and i wanted to overclock the FSB to 1333MHz and the Clock speed to 3.00GHz. i have a Intel Core 2 Duo E7200. would the stock fan be powerful enough to keep it cool? using this application can you tell me how to safely over clock? can you recommend what voltages and any other settings that i would have to change? my computer is is an Acer Aspire AM5640-E5550A. if that helps thanks.CPU overclocking question?
ok, about the stock fans and the heatsink: no, they will neever support overclocking. go to newegg, find compatible stuff, and buy the biggest, baddest fans and heatsinks there are. now core 2 duos are easy to overclock, but not too much.

advice: try to keep the pci slot voltage at its norm and not over 10 mhz above original. trust me.CPU overclocking question?
that would be pushing it on that cpu.

the 3 ghz might be ok but the 1333 would kill your memory.

try something lower. make sure you have good memory.

the cpu will get hot but the memory you will cook it befor the intel.
